Participation Requirements
Organization Instructions
- The organising Committee will cover all the expenses including meals and accommodation for the team members, and its leaders during the official program JBOI-08 (from 12:00 a.m. on 8th July,2008 to 12:00 a.m. on 13th July,2008).
- Each member of guest teams have to pay a participation tax of 360 euro for accommodation, meal, sightseeing activities and local transport in Shumen. Each accompanying person and observer have to pay a participation tax of 450 euro.
- The travel expenses to the town of Shumen, Bulgaria and back will be responsibility of the participating teams and guests.
- The evening of July, 10th is defined as a Cultural Presentation and Interaction Activity for all participating teams. Each of them is kindly asked to prepare and present a 3 to 5 minutes program about their country, culture and traditions.
