IGNATIUS TO CHRISTMAS"- REPRODUCTION OF THE TRADITIONAL RITES IN "PANAIOT VOLOV" MUSEUM *** THE 6TH OF JANUARY- NIGHT OF HRISTO BOTEV -ART EXHIBITION *** THE 19TH OF FEBRUARY- VASIL LEVSKI'S DEATH- ART EXHIBITION "PANAIOT VOLOV" MUSEUM In the exhbition room are shown items, pictures, paintings and documents about the April Uprising and the important role Panaiot Volov played in it. He was the leader of one of the revolution commitees. There are also maps of the towns and villages in which the uprising started and other precious relics placed behind windows. One of these relics is the table, used often by Volov, Levski and other famous figures in Bulgarian history, and the sacred items, used by the bulgarian rebels when they were making an oath to fight for freedom- a dagger, a bible, a gun and a cross. 1 2 3 4 5
