Prof. Krum Damianov was born on 31.08.1933 in the town of Rakitovo, Pazardzhik region. He graduated in Sofia in the class of Prof. Lubomir Dalchev. He worked as a teacher in the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy and the National Art Academy of Sofia. He is an author of monuments like "The Samara Flag " from 1977 in Stara Zagora, "The Peace Flag" Sofia, 1980, "Assen Dynasty" V. Tyrnovo, 1985, "Orpheus", Kardzhali, the Clock Tower in Haskovo, "VMRO" in Kyustendil. An author of exhibitions in Shoumen,Pazardzhik, and Sofia.

Prof. Ivan Slavov was born in 1952 in Marchevo. He graduated the National Art Academy in Sofia. Later he worked as a teacher at NRA in Sofia. An of monuments like "The Samara Flag", 1977 in Stara Zagora, "Stefan Stambolov" in Sofia.

Architect Georgi Gechev was born on 18.11.1945 in Koilovtzi, the region of Pleven. He graduated Architecture in the Institute of Civil Engineering in Sofia. The projected the monument "The Peace Flag", Sofia, 1980, "Assen Dynasty" V. Tyrnovo, 1985

Prof.Vladislav Paskalev was born on 13 11.1933 in Sofia. Was the Head of the National Art Academy from 1992 till 1995, he was lecture in "Books and Printed Graphics" in NAA. He is winner of the award with graphics on the name of Boris Angelushev " in 1970 and 1980, A monumental sculpture of a name of Ivan Lazarov " in 1981.

Architect Blagoy Atanasov graduated "Architecture" at the Institute of Civil Engineering in Sofia. He had 80 years active work in the field of sculpture. In the years between 1998-2001 he was a lecturer in Washington. It was for a short period of time.
